Possibly to fancy looking at guys, fancy the thought of guys and what would be the "perfect guy", but never really seriously considering to take a plunge be with a guy? I've never been with a guy either, only girls. I call myself bisexual but always turn down a guy, but I don't mind looking at guys, find them attractive.
