Co-ed fraternities call all of their members brothers. A co-ed fraternity that is on my campus is Phi Sigma Pi.

Please, search dictionary.com for "Sister" and find me a definition that says "A member of a fraternity", because I couldn't find one.

Maybe they're thinking of a sorority, which is different. In Co-Ed. Fraternities, everyone is referred to the same, as Juji said.
