I'm two weeks postpartum and still bleeding bright red to a very dark red about as heavy as a normal period would be. I passed a clot the size of a golf ball this morning and called the doctor on call at my office but he said it's nothing. There is also an awful, seriously awful smell to the blood. This is my first child so I didn't think anything of it until I started researching it tonight. Has anyone experienced these symptoms? What should I do?
