I need to make Potato and Leek soup at school as a food and health project.
We dont have blenders though.
So I need a recipe that is really quick (no longer than 40mins)
and also one that is kinda thick or something.
Because like, how will i mash the potato and leeks so they are in soup form?
Im thinking a strainer and fork lol.
Any ideas please? Thanks
