Pre planning minecraft structures on itouch?

I heard some people use Gimp but my iPod doesn't have an app for that so is there anything out there similar enough for free?
 
It'd be really hard to run two apps at the same time in order to plan structures. I'd say download GIMP on your computer and resize the picture there.
