Pregnancy nutrition facts?!?

Im 11wks4days pregnant...this is my 1st pregnancy...i wanna know what the nutrition facts should look like on the stuff I eat and drink...like fat, calories, sugars, iron, sodium, etc...what are healthy or decent nutrtion facts I should be looking for..i know I should eat the basic fruits, veggies and weats n stuff, but for the days I get lazy or dont have access to the good foods...thanx!! :)
 
Clearly, low sugar, high fibre, whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies.

For the most part, packaged goods/fast food are simply garbage and should be avoided, even by those NOT prego. Unless you are a complete tool, let common sense guide you.

If you really have questions about nutrition, talk to a registered dietitian.
