Price of Samsung Galaxy s3?

Just wondering about how much the Samsung galaxy s3 is going for with a 2 year contract. I was thinkin about getting one with tmobile for about $250, with a $100 rebate. But I just saw on a website that the sgs3 is going for about $99 w/ contract at other phone companies. Anyone know?
 
I think the galaxy s 4 is coming out real soon, so maybe wait and get that our wait to get the galaxy s3 when the new one comes out and there might be a price drop
