probable causes for p0700 error code suzuki?

Hi i have a 2005 Suzuki Reno and last night all my dash lights came on and the car didnt want to go... I hit the gas and it bearly made it up a small incline... My daughters husband has a obd2 scan tool and when we hooked it up we get the error code P0700 Transmission Control System (mil request) what does this mean and what do i need to do to fix it? What are some probable causes for this code? I have looked all over the internet and find nothing on how to fix it or even where to begin.

It also has a P0562 System Voltage Low error code
