Problem in activating windows vista enterprise in my laptop...Plz Help?

when i try to activate my windows vista enterprise with the activation key i have i shows following error
0*C004F039
Description:
The software Licencing service reported that the computer could not be activated. The Key Managment Service (KMS) is not enabled.
Can anyone tell me wat to do??
