I can only get the screen to flash the picture for a fraction of a second before the picture goes black. I have tried both HDMI ports- neither of which have been used before, I have tried swapping the ends of the HDMI cable. The Toshiba troubleshooting site is NO help. Does this sound like a port issue or a cable issue? Thanks.
