I am currently taking a 20 mg dose of accutane and I have severe acne and scars. I am approaching week 2 and I am worried if my acne and the scars wont dissapear. Should tell my determatologist to increse my dosage or just follow my current dosage of 20 mg. How long do I have to wait for it to clear up?
