Problem with an Oblivion torrent.?

I downloaded it and opened the folder and when I try to install the game is takes me to the "TOSHIBA disc creator" and I don't know what to do from there.

(I know torrenting is bad but I have already bought this game for my Xbox and one of my other PC's)
 
Probably have to mount the game.

Use powerISO, full version is on the piratebay.
