I've recently downloaded this and it keeps saying "error converting." I'm pretty sure it's because it's because there's supposed to be an option to download on either iPod or Mpeg, but I only get Mpeg. I don't know what to do to get iPod, so could someone help me, please?
Oh, and please don't advertise for other video comnverter applications. This is for my question, not advertising.
