I want to watch a flash video stream. Normally all the flash video i can watch while buffering .
BUT sometimes it cant watch , it need to fully buffer the flash video only let me play the video .
Why this problem keep on happen ? Every time i face this problem i restart my computer and all return to normal . Still , it will happen again for the other day .
Can any one help me on this problem ?
