I have two radios, one works perfect but the other was dropped in mud, not submerged in water just mud. The one that was dropped will transmit, but no voice comes through on the other radio. It is also stuck on scan, wont come off of it. Is it worth fixing or is it toasted? Cobra Micro talk re chargable
