when i hit a forehand it never seems to hit the sweet spot , it always seems to hit the edge of the racquet
i hit with a eastern grip
i do tend to move my wrist a little bit
why is this??
oh yea i just found out that i never really look at the racquet face at the point of contact
does this have an affect??
