hi - this question isnt about blocking popups.
I have a problem on my internet, If i go onto a website and theres a link to open another page/pop up/new tab opens, it opens it, but the problem is that the page stays blank as the internet 'thinks about it'
it never stops and never loads up, until i decide to give up and close it.
i do not have a pop-up blocker on as otherwise this new tab/page would not open, its just that the content of the page never appears - its been going on a few weeks now and i've finally had enough of it!
it was fine until one day i did a 'delete history/cookies) etc and thats when it went funny on me!
have tried to look up problem on microsofts website but there doesnt seem to be a question etc for what i'm looking for!

hi - i do not want to block pop ups, i know how to do that if i wanted to, when an additional page is prompted by a link, it never loads, just thinks about it continuously, that the problem!
