When I use the internet, or other applications, sometimes the application will stop responding. When it does this, I try to just close it out, but the computer doesn't respond, and wont let me do anything else.
I have anti-virus and spyware protection, so I don't think it can be that. And I didn't have that problem before I switched to a inferior internet connection, so could it be the internet I'm using?
Other than the normal things, I have two computer games on my computer, but I didn't have any problems before with those, so I can't imagine that being the problem.
What could be wrong with my laptop, and could it be fixed? My only solution is to take the battery out and put it back in when it happens. What else can I do?
