my last post was in regards to my phone not working due to a magnet and i exchanged it for a brand new one free of charge and now this new phone i got from metropcs store the battery sometimes charges and sometimes it doesnt. i went to metropcs today and asked them why it's doing that and they tested it and said it was faulty and offered to give me a refurbished phone now instead of a new one! the rule is that you can exchange your phone if it's under 30 days old and has under 1 hour of talk time, which mine does. however, i didn't want to settle for a refurbished phone so i opted out. 
how can i get them to give me a new phone? that is essentially what i paid for...not used.
anyone agree? what should i do before i pass the 1 hour talk time?
