I have a friend with a 2001 Chrysler Sebring and is having problems with his right turn signal. When he has his headlights off his turn signals work fine BUT when he has his headlights turned on his right turn signal will not work. We have already replace the front and back turn signal bulbs and have the same result. Anyone know what might be causing this? We have already replace the front and back turn signal bulbs and have the same result.

Did you try the 4 way flashers with the headlights on? There might be a bad ground that is causing your problem especially if the headlights are sharing the same ground junction as the right turn signal. Most dual bulbs like the signal/flashers or headlight bulbs use the centre pin wire of the connector for the ground connection. I'd suggest that you trace those wires carefully make sure that the wires aren't bare or damaged and that the ground surface and wire connectors are clean of any rust or corrosion.I think that the headlight is drawing more power therefore it's draining on the weak signal bulb ground.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way from the age of that vehicle the grounds are bound to be corroded so start there, plus if the 4 ways front right signal doesn't work with the headlights on try changing the flasher/signal relay part source has them part number LM470.
