Believe me I already know how bad the reviews are with this car. I have a baby on the way and about to begin college. I can't afford a new car.
These are some of the problems it's been having.

+ When stopped at a red light and what not, it will stall. But will start right back up. (It helps when I shift it to neutral during a stop)
+ The car will actually do jumps within seconds apart sometimes it feels like its going to pop a wheely. The faster the car goes the more the jumps come.
+ When the car does jump the check engine light will pop up during the duration of the jump and then turn off.
+ We cannot get any kind of codes out of it, even when engine light is on.

We have replaces the cam shaft sensor and this helped with the idling. It will idle longer before it will stall and it helped to keep the rpm steady when its idling.

I have torn my car apart trying to see if something happened. I have no damage done to the timing chain or anything I can eyeball. This is why I'm leaning towards electrical. But I do not want to buy a part and it turning out to not be the right one.
oh yes i'm aware of it. its a 2.7 but i'm always taking off the engine to do a clean sweep and I haven't been having that oil sludge problem. and the throttle body is what i was thinking.

It sounds to me like your torque converter clutch is staying engaged, in other words keeping a mechanical connection between your engine and tranny, thats why it stalls when you stop... compression breaking... Having to put it in neutral is a good indicator that your torque converter clutch isn't releasing pressure(unlocking) when it should or not all the way. It shouldn't lock until 3rd, use the scanner to look at "TCC" slip or lock-up. If you find that, it should be slipping until it locks up in 3rd. You may have been right about it being electrical, the TCC pressure control solenoid is the most likely candidate. This problem usually doesn't set a DTC so it makes sense.
