Problems with my DTV service! Can somebody PLEASE help me?

Ok here's the deal...i already bought my DTV converter box for my tv and i hooked it up and everything...but now it doesn't show the pictures. All it says is "weak signal-no program". Is there something else i need to buy? Can someone tell me what's going on? Thanx!
