the keys and keyboard are not working i just keep pressing them but nothing happens, i use the keyboard to type but it doesnt type anything the lights on the keys are on. i tried to turn it off but the turn off key doesnt work and im scared that if i take the battery out it wont turn itself back on. i want to fix because it was present from someone and it is the second of these phones i have because the first one broke too. what should i do?
