Problems with Yahoo Messenger?

Hey all, I'm having a problem with yahoo messenger. When I log on it launches to the right (out of viewing) of my monitor and I can't access it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've changed the settings of my computer, my firewall, and my internet options. I tried contacting Yahoo customer service but the help request wouldn't go through. Is there anyone else who has had this problem and knows how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
 
At the bottom toolbar (not the one with the smiley icon) right click on the messenger application and click Move. A cursor with 4 arrows will appear and you can position is close to where the YM is and move it anywhere in your monitor.
