ya, this is pretty old, but regardeless, no programs will starts, i can get internet explorer, my computer, and control panel. but it wont run "user accounts" or "System" or even "properties", so i decided there must be a virus or something so i tried to install just plain old AVG free, but even the installation wont run, and tips?
