Prom dress hunt and I need your help!?

I'm dying trying to find a good site to buy prom dresses!

I'm plus size (size 14)
have a budget of 100 or less
and looking for a blue short dress (above the knee since I'm only 5'4'')

plus i want to wear converse to prom so it should look good with it!

know any sites i could go to that would fit my needs?

*I know most are like wtf but ive gone to homecoming in great dresses in matching chucks and i felt great*
 
Ok girl first of all, converse are not fit to a prom! A dress and heels would be perfect... i know im not a dress fan but still prom is something to remember and i know you dont want to remember yourself with everyday clothes
