well im 22 and im 150lbs. I want to start taking protein shake from gnc but im scared of long and short term side effects? the guy working at gnc recommended this protein shake were the carbs to protein ration was 2 to 1 gram ratio. he said that this shake would add weight on me. but i am wondering after gaining weight if i stop taking this protien shake will i lose all the weight? will it have any effects on my sexual drive? whats the side effects of these shakes?
