protein shake question?

i wok out 5-6 days a week, mostly running, sit ups, push ups along with some bench stuff. i take wheybolic extreme 60 from gnc after my work outs. im not trying to get really big or anything just lose some fat or turn it into muscle and get more cut maybe a little bigger. should i be drinking the protein more than once a day? sometimes if im hungry before bed ill drink a shake instead of eating. Someone recommended that i take the wheybolic after my workouts like i do but then before bed take bsn syntha 6? is this right or should i just stick to what im doing. i hear good stuff about the syntha but am confused. thanks for any help
