Ps3 downloads won't install unless I use diff internet?

When I use my own wireless Internet to download something with the ps3, when I try to install it I get Error : 80029564 which seems pretty popular. But when I use someone else's wireless internet it works just fine. What could be the problem. I only have problems when Installing Downloaded Content
