PS3 Internet Connection > Failed to Obtain IP?

I had internet, and I lost it for 5 days due to storms, when I got it back, and tried getting back online, It says Fails to obtain IP address...How do I get back online and Make it find the IP address all my settings are set to easy..or automatic.
Give me a step by step process, and explain hard stuff..
