PSP Go, Dingoo A320 or Nintendo 3DS?

Which portable system should I get? PSP Go looks pretty appealing, but the Dingoo A320 has a wider range of games that are all free. In case you didn't know, the A320 is a portable emulator that runs ROMs of NES, SNES, and GBA games for free ( and others) and it cos 85-120 dollars. I was a big fan of 3DA until I saw low battery life and poor starting games (except maybe street fighter? idk) PLEASE HELP AND GIVE REASONING, EXPLANATION WILL GET YOU HIGH AMOUNT OF STARS
