PSP Music Blubster, MP3 Rocket....?

This question is to people that have Blubster or MP3 Rocket, and use it to put music on their PSP. Can you pleeeeeassee give me step by step instructions on how to use either of those? I keep clicking Save As and I put the music file into the Removable Disk thingy, but it saves it as an M3U instead of an MP3. I change the file extension thing at the end to MP3, then drag it onto my music file, but whenever I go to the music section on my PSP, the file that I put on it says, Corrupted Data. Please Help, skater.
