Hello, I've recently had a lack of business with my job on fixing and downloading trial software for my customers, so I had this idea, It's not legal but if I did it this way, would it legal:
I'll download the emulator and give them some roms to use, downloaded myself without given the user advantages to self download them, I'll be using a torrent, but I won't using it for my advantage, there be stored away on a flash drive till a user wants them.
I will then write up a contract that the customer must sign, in the contract it will state that the customer but own a playstation 1, and own the rom they will be using on the emulator. If the disk were break or get lost, they must de story or perm delete the rom file.
Will this make it legal for me to do?
