Psychic predictions mysteriously accurate?

My mother just went to a healing centre, where the practitioner told her almost every painful ailment in our family without her saying anything.
Then he said "there's China in your family"- My boyfriend is half chinese.
How do they know this..? Could it be by chance? Is there any signs she could have given away or something...?

could be just a fluke, your body gives signs that many can read & tell your medical problems, he would need to tell you more than that to be psychic
