Puppy keeps whining for no reason?

Why does my puppy keeps whining? I've taken him out to use the bathroom,fed him, played with him and cuddled with him but yet he is still whining?!?!

maybe try to get one of those teddy bears for human babies that has a heart beat and leave it with the puppy.

He might have a stomach ache or feel bad. If he needs to throw up try giving him some water because that will help.

Maybe he's sick , or he could wAnt to be running freely if he's enclosed .

When he whines you might have rewarded that behaviour so maybe that's why he's whining.

Has he been checked for worms recently?

He does have reason for whining, you react to him when he does it.

Is he away from his mother? If so it could be he just misses her. I just got a puppy and her sister for my mom. My mom came and picked her up yesterday and she was whining all day. It could be from him being away from his mother or his sisters.
