Puppy throwing up twice in the morning?

My 4 month old Maltese threw up twice this morning, The first time was yellow and watery and the second was greenish. I'm not sure what could have caused it. I'm pretty sure she didn't eat grass because I keep her away from it when we have our walks.

Could it be from staying in the sun too long?

I did notice this morning she lost two of her baby teeth, maybe that could be the cause?

I heard she should be fasted and then fed a bland diet but I'm not sure. An hour has passed since this happened and she hasn't had her morning meal yet, I don't want her to go hungry.

Some insight would be greatlt appreciated.

She has her usual energy and her stool was normal too.
She's had all her shot is up to date with everything.
 
you should bring her to a vet.
the puke you described seems alot like phlem.
but as i said i would recommend getting the dog checked
