Purchased ringtones from iturnes store . . .?

I purchased two ringtones from iturns and had them downloaded directly to my iphone 3GS. How do I get these ringtones from the download folder to the ringtones sounds folder? I've downloaded ringtones before for my Samsung Glide (when I had T-Mobile) and the downloaded ringtones were very easy to move from the download folder to the sounds folder. Ugh, this is frustrating!
