Pushups between lifting?

Hello, I started lifting weights recently. I am a beginner and pretty weak. 17 years old, 6'3, 160lbs, and I max bench 130lbs. When lifting, I do 3 sets of 3-5 reps monday and friday and train legs and core Wednesday. Should I do some pushups every day or should I rest and recover from my workouts and not do pushups?
