Q for Orange network users - Live chat?

Hi from the UK.

I'm able to upgrade now, and on the first day of my upgrade, there were pop ups on the Orange Shop whilst logged into my account, saying "Can we help?" either that or there was a small top literally on the left side of the screen that is sticking out from the side saying "Live Chat" or something. And it would lead me to an online Orange advisor. But for some reason I haven't seen the pop up or tab since Thurs/Fri... do they not come on at the weekends or something?

For me, I prefer talking to them online rather than phoning them for some reason, I dunno why, that's just what I like.

So yeah, for those of you that have seen that pop up or the side tab thing where it sticks out more when you hover over it, will it come back soon? I find the chat more helpful to me!

It seems you want to get social so now people having interest in anything whether sports, music, technology, movies, social networks, stumbling etc can hve all fun after installing this on his/her computer just check it out
