...team for the ROY, who would it be? With about 2 weeks left of baseball left for this season, which rookie on your favorite team would you nominate for the Rookie of the Year award? Let me know your answer. Thanks!

BQ - Mention a player from a different team who will be your pick's biggest opponent for the ROY award this season.
 
Definitely Casey McGehee. He's actually one of the top candidates for ROY in the NL.

BQ: Maybe Andrew McCutchen.
 
I'm a Yankee fan but nobody qualifies.I live In Maryland and have been impressed with Orioles outfielder Nolan Reimold.Unfortunately he's done for the season ,but I think he'll be a special player.
 
I'm not sure if Kendry Morales is a rookie, but I would nominate him for ROY.

BQ- Gordon Beckham on the White Sox will be an opponent for ROY.
 
The only rookie we have whose half decent is Daniel Bard, who doesn't have a shot at all

BQ: I guess Rick Porcello or Gordon Beckham
 
The only rookie on the Red Sox who even has a chance is Daniel Bard, but I don't think he's in the running at all. Everything I've heard about the AL ROY has been about Elvis Andrus of the Rangers. It think he'll win it.
 
I'm naming two.Gordon Beckham and Chris Getz.Getz isn't getting any pub,but he has been just as steady as Beckham.He's played a solid second base and has been more than expected at the plate.he is also something like 25 for 27 on stolen base attempts.Getz is Beckham without the hype.
People in baseball knew who Gordon Beckham was before this year.A first round pick.A few months in the minors and right up to play third base,which is not his natural position.He has been well above average at third despite having limited experience there.He is solid at the plate and should improve with a full season next year.
 
Randy Wells, he hasn't been all that great lately, but before that he was outstanding.

I would have to unfotunately nominate Colby Rasmus.
