We live out in the country, with an average of 3 1/2 acres per house, and outside city limits. Many people have quads, there's at least 10 out of about 90 homes. Lately people have been complaining (or at least a few people just many times) about me speeding through and creating noise and speeding around. Now, I have a 2006 Bayou 250 with a TOP speed of 40 mph and that's if I really push the engine, and really I haven't ever pushed the throttle that much and the speed limit is 35. Anyways I was pulled over by a cop and kicked off the road permanently because apparently I've been racing around terrorizing the neighbors (on a utility quad). Is it just me or do you think they should be allowed? I just would hate to feel like I was the only one feeling like it was wrong for them to kick me off, because obviously I would be wrong.
