And then you have Queen Elizabeth II, who really caused a stir when she arrived for a tour on Saturday.
The Queen was at the village with 150 members of the British Olympic Association. She joined London 2012 chairman Lord Sebastian Coe and the Duke of Edinburgh for the tour, which included the dining hall.

Rose Anders, who plays guard for Great Britain women's basketball team was one of the athletes blown away by seeing the Queen on her visit.
She said: "She was absolutely brilliant. I was completely in awe. What a great thing for her to come through the Village, meet the athletes and see where we are living.
"This is the first Olympics for us as a British women's basketball team ever. To come from last night and the opening ceremony, which will never be topped, and now another experience, which will never be topped, is amazing."
Said British volleyball player Dami Bakare, in taking this photo: "Her Majesty the Queen in the Olympic village. Perfect 10 for her landing in yesterdays opening ceremony by the way!"She said: "She was absolutely brilliant. I was completely in awe.
