Right now I am a US citizen and plan to remain that way, and I have my iTunes us store account which i have linked with my credit card so i buy music movies rent movies audiobook and all of that stuff that we get before everyone else, and when ever I buy a blu-ray movie most of the it comes with a digital copy which I then transfer to my computer then to my iPhone and iPod's and the problems is this I have a friend that lives in mexico city and he does not have an american account and to be able to have one he needs to have a U.S credit card which he doesn't so the doubt is if he will be able to obtain a digital copy of a blu-ray disc movie for his computer even though he has a mexican itunes store account? He really needs to know because he have to start a major blu-ray collection and he wants to be able to have both the blu ray and digital copies of the movie he purchases
