I used to have comcast a few years ago and the HD was horrible, worse than standard tv, and you had to switch to a different channel to view in HD
I have Directv now and the quality is a lot better and the HD is automatically integrated with the regular channel, so if I want to watch an abc program that isnt HD, i go to channel 2, when I want to watch an ab program that is HD i still go to channel 2, not some channel in the hundreds.
I am thinking of switching though because I have verizon dsl and it is really bad so I think I might do some sort of triple play.
So is comcast or xfinity (same, right?) better now? Or is Fios good? I absolutely do not want to have to change channels to get HD like I did with comcast.
apparently I cant get Fios in my area. why?
