question about honey and tylenol?

due to my sore throat and cough, i want to eat a spoonful of honey and follow it up with tylenol. if i eat the spoonful of honey and then take the tylenol immediately after, will the pill get stuck in the honey and not be effective? or should i not worry and just take it right after each other?
