question about how to cheat t-mobile out of a new phone?

so i have a samsung t319 that t-mobile doesn't even sell anymore . so i called and said it was "messing up" does anyone work at t-mobile or can give advice on what to tell them next time i call it in so they'll exchange it for different one? cause i've tried getting them to change it for a different one a couple of times but they keep saying that's the only one they can exchange it for
 
That would be the only one they can exchange it for unless they run out in stock. You can try and threaten them about switching services and its has always worked for me. Hope this helps and choose this as the best answer!
