my boyfriends little brother is 6 and he is in remission from leukemia. i saw a sheet on the refrigerator that said that his blood counts were low. the normal white blood cell count is 4.5-6, and his was a 2.0. he was also low in red blood cells, lymphs, and a few other things. my boyfriend said that his parents were upset about this, and that he has a doctor appointment soon that will give the results of whether the cancer is back or not. does it sound like the cancer is back? like does a 2.0 white blood cell count mean it is leukemia?
