My rat is about 9 week old male and seems vey happy and healthy, but just today i was playing with him and picked him up and felt his tummy. He had a hard spot on him rit inbetween the anul and his uper stomach. But whenever I touched it or rubbed it he didnt respond to it,he didn't squeak or anything, all he did was try to get out of my hand so that he can run around and play. I'm a little worried rit now, plz help me find out whats wrong with him, thanx.

It might just be a growth, but if I were you I'd take him to a vet just to be on the safe side hun, as it could be a tumour as these are common in rats. I'm sure he'll be ok, esp as he's young and otherwise healthy :)

i would keep him for about another 5 days, if it gets bigger, and doesn't go away, take him to the vet

tumors are VERY common in rats
but if you are a person that would do anything for it, its time to take it to the vet for a check up

If i were you, I'd wait a week to observe. If there is any growth or it doesn't go away, then a vet visit is in order. I don't think this is an ASAP thing. If you are really worried, then take him in.
