Hi,
I have been wanting to convert to Judaism for four years. I am very certain I will contact a rabbi sometime within the next three years but I still have questions. (I put it off because I feel like I still don't know enough about what it's actually like to live a Jewish life and I have only just moved to the city from a small town that had no Jewish community this year)...however I know enough about the religion that I am certain I want to convert. I am not converting to marry a Jew or anything like that.
One question I have about orthodox Judaism is, what types of jobs do orthodox Jewish woman take? Are there any restrictions? I am going to school to go into the medical radiation tech field (like ultrasound technician ect.), would that be okay? How do orthodox Jewish woman work in health care if they cannot wear pants (or scrubs)?
Thanks for reading
