When the flower girls and ring bearers are introduced do you also tell who their parents are?

For BM's and GM's must you announce the relationship of each person, or is just names ok?

Names only. The names of the bride's and groom's parents are often included in the invitation for clarity. When I receive an invitation to celebrate the marriage of Betsy Bride and Greg Groom, I often don't know who the heck either one of these people are. If the invitation clarifies that Greg Groom is the son of Lydia Groom Newman and David Groom, then it helps me to recall that my younger cousin David was briefly married to a Lydia and they had a daughter. You don't need this kind of clarification in a personal introduction since those in need of clarification can ask someone "Is that lovely bridesmaid, Miss Barnett, any relation to the groom?"

You can do either one but we just announced the names of each as they walked out. Probably best to keep it simple.

Just names, most of the time bridesmaids and grooms men don't have a relationship with one another, so it is usually not said. It is not necessary to announce the ring bearer and flower girls parents names either.
